Each year the Diageo Special Releases are launched to Whisky Connoisseurs, collected and enjoyed by those who are already in the know. The brief was how do we flip this and recruit a new, younger audience who aren’t necessarily big Whisky drinkers?
At Something™ we partnered cultural creators influencing this audience with award-winning chefs and challenged them to bring to life the cultural exchange that created each Special Release. The output was a fully immersive and interactive experience in one iconic Scottish location. Participating artists and chefs were Charles De Vilmorin, Nadia Tamez, BorisChimp504, Nuno Mendes, Louise Bourrat and Adriana Cavita.
I oversaw the creative for the event as well as all content capture. We produced two shoots to capture the whisky collection as well as the artists and chef participating in the event. I edited the product films as well as the artist and chef profile films.
