Strength

"Strength" is a film about female strength seen through the lens of a female weightlifter and set to the slam poetry piece, "Lessons in Olympic Weightlifting", by poet Adele Hampton.

We want to shed light on the hardships that our mothers, sisters, lovers and friends have gone through, and continue to go through, every day. But also celebrate the strength we find in this experience.

Aided by Adele’s voice, it’s a powerful testament to a strength only we can know.

We call it female strength.
